Tax Benefits for industrial enterprises in Israel
The Israeli law for the encouragement of capital investments (1959) entitles enterprises which meet given criteria, several tax benefits, including: Reduced rates of corporate tax for a determined period of time, reduced rates of tax on dividends distributed from the company's benefited income and accelerated depreciation.
Two major Courses of benefits are offered: Grants – for entitlement, the company must receive the approval of the Investments Center (Approved enterprise) or Tax benefits (Benefited enterprise).
