Professional Practice Department of Raveh Ravid & Co. CPA is responsible for updating the firm's employees and clients regarding recent developments in the filed of accounting, audit and taxes. In addition, the professional department is responsible for guidance and professional training of the firm's staff.

Professional updates and newsletters

Professional Practice Department is maintaining the firm's professional updates and publications database available to the firm's clients. The department is also updated on an ongoing basis about significant recent developments in tax laws and regulations, accounting and other areas of interest, in Israel and abroad.

As an integral part of its activity, Professional Practice Department is constantly monitoring any new developments in professional fields such as accounting, audit and taxes and is consulting the firm's employees and clients regarding implementation of different professional rules, standards and regulations.

High level of quality and professional competence

Professional Practice Department is also engaged in developing the firm's policies and procedures and in monitoring their implementation in practice, as a part of the firm's quality control. Policies and procedures applied by Raveh Ravid & Co. CPA, are developed and implemented to ensure high quality and professional level of audit, accounting, tax consultancy and other financial and advisory services, provided by the firm. These high standards enable the firm to provide its clients with relevant professional advice in different professional matters.  

Communication with foreign audit firms 

Being a member of Russell Bedford International network of accounting and audit firms, Raveh Ravid & Co. CPA, inter alia through its Professional Practice Department, is maintaining constant and ongoing communication and contacts with audit firms around the world and is being updated about recent issues in global accounting, audit and taxation. Therefore the department is perfectly able to provide necessary professional consulting and assistance both to Israeli clients regarding their international activities and to foreign clients in development of their business activities in Israel.

Representation in Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel's committees

Raveh Ravid & Co. CPA's Professional Practice Department representatives participate in different sub-committees of the Institute's Committee for Auditing Standards, therefore being actively involved in developing new Israeli ISAs based auditing standards, while adjusting them to the business environment and judicial developments in Israel.
