Abir majored in Economics and Accountancy at Tel Aviv University in 1981, and has been in professional practice for over thirty years. During this period he has advised a wide variety of companies, operating in the areas of high tech, industry, services and tourism, as well as non-profit organizations. Abir has acquired valuable experience through working in concert with these companies and providing them with business and financial consulting services. Abir is a member of the board of management of Russell Bedford International and also acts as a director in several publicly traded companies.

Yariv graduated from the Tel Aviv Business College with a degree in business management and accountancy (graduated in 1995). Yariv manages the firm’s tax department and has been engaged in the implementation of sophisticated taxation programs on behalf of companies and individuals in Israel and overseas. Yariv’s extensive experience in matters relating to income tax, social security and VAT has brought him into close contact with the Israeli tax authorities and their various rulings and precedents. This experience enables the firm to offer clients enhanced solutions designed to minimize their tax liabilities.

Orit graduated from the Tel Aviv Business College with a degree in business management and accountancy (graduated in 1996). Orit has specialized in internal auditing and non-profit organization auditing. Orit heads the non-profit organization auditing and internal auditing services in our office.

Itzhak majored in Economics and Accountancy at Tel Aviv University in 1980 and has been in professional practice for over thirty years. Itzhak served as a director of a publicly traded company operating in the capital markets. Itzhak was a member of the board of directors of Elron Electronic Industries Ltd. an Israeli NASDAQ traded company. Today, Itzhak acts as the vice chairman of Naftali Investment Group Ltd. and as director and chairman of several of the group's companies. Itzhak is also the internal auditor of Discount Investment of the IDB group and serves as a director in several publicly traded companies. Itzhak has acquired considerable experience working with technology companies, fund raising and in the identification of investment opportunities for clients. In recent years, Itzhak is a member of the Board of Governors of the University of Haifa

Revital majored in Economics and Accountancy at Tel Aviv University (graduated in 1992) and is responsible for the firm’s auditing and accounting activities. Revital has gained considerable experience in this field through provision of auditing services and financial guidance to a wide variety of business enterprises.
